Cabela's Blackened Crappie Tacos

Ingredients:
- 1/2 head of green cabbage
- 1/3 head of purple cabbage
- 1/2 onion
- 1 jalapeno
- 2.5oz cilantro (1 bunch)
- Olive Oil
- Cabela’s Blackened Seasoning
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1lb Crappie Fillets
Directions:
- Thinly slice green cabbage
- Thinly slice purple cabbage
- Thinly slice onion
- Remove seeds from jalapeno and finely dice
- Chop cilantro
- Combine these ingredients in a mixing bowl
- In a measuring cup, combine ¼ Cup olive oil, 1tsp Cabela’s seasoning, and lime juice.
- Pour over slaw mix and stir well
- Add crappie filets to a bowl
- Add 3Tbsp of olive oil
- Add 3Tbsp Cabela’s Blackened Seasoning and coat evenly
- Heat a pan coated in olive oil on medium-high heat
- Cook filets for 2 minutes on each side
- On your taco shells of choice (we used small tortillas), make a bed of slaw
- Add crappie and toppings of choice
- Enjoy!
